The technical video produced for ITEK srl, a company based in Fiorano Modenese (MO), aims to convey the high level of engineering and modularity of the ITK 1200 series 12.6 roller kiln. The narration focuses on the plant’s imposing structure, using a drone for indoor filming. Despite the narrow spaces typical of ceramic lines, the drone managed to move along the machine’s modules to convey a true-to-life perspective of its size and the complexity of its combustion systems.
The ground-based shooting technique was designed to highlight the precision of the individual components: we alternated long takes on a gimbal, which navigate between the independent heating zones and the M2HV burners, with fixed shots on a tripod dedicated to the touchscreen control panels and details of the roller pitch. This alternation allows us to document both the robustness of the steelwork and the system’s electronic intelligence, highlighting the facility’s readiness for Industry 4.0. The editing is dynamic, based on a succession of sharp cuts that follow the linearity of the furnace, maintaining a rhythm that reflects the consistency and repeatability of ITEK’s thermal processes.
We also created the new ITEK srl website.
